Return and Refund Policy

Customers in the European Union may request a return within 14 days of receiving an eligible product, in accordance with applicable consumer law. To request a return, contact contact@scoliax.com within 14 days and include your order number.

Do not send any product back before receiving written return instructions. Because products are fulfilled through CJdropshipping, the authorized return address is confirmed for each order after CJ reviews the return request. Products returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Items should be unused and returned with their original packaging where applicable. For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, contact us as soon as possible with photos and order details so we can open a request with CJdropshipping.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return are the customer’s responsibility. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return or claim is reviewed.
